Sri Vedha Ganapati Trust was founded by Sri Dwibhashyam Kavi Kiran and Sri Dwibhashyam Surya Venkata Subbarao on 24th April 2025.

To undertake charitable activities including but not limited to relief of the poor, education, medical relief, environmental protection, women empowerment, skill development, and any other object of general utility as defined under Section 2(15) of the Income Tax Act, 1961. Public community halls, public toilets, drinking water facilities, and similar initiatives that benefit the general public.

To accept donations, grants, contributions, and subscriptions from individuals, institutions, government bodies, and organizations including those from foreign countries, subject to applicable laws including the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act, 2010 (FCRA) and the Income Tax Act, 1961.

The Trust shall not carry on any activity with a view to profit, and no part of the income or property of the Trust shall be applied or distributed for the personal benefit of the Trustees or any specified persons under
Section 13(3) of the Income Tax Act, 1961.

To acquire property for the sole use of the public by making it available for public purposes, for example – a library, clinic, Gosala, Yaganasala, crèche or a community hall to be available for public use as training classes, seminars, discourses and other public functions for benefit of the community in general. The Trust shall not undertake any activity exclusively religious in nature, and all religious or cultural activities shall be conducted only as
incidental to its main charitable objectives.
